My grandma made me a quilt when I was born and it has now broken down, unfortunately my grandmother now has Parkinson’s disease and is unable to fix it for me. Currently looking to do some renovation for a house. This will include parts or all of the below: 1. remove current kitchen cabinets and assemble the new ones(would need gas plumbing); 2. set up a small secondary laundry area( might need plumbing); 3. assemble an extra doorframe and door; 4. concrete a small side yard; 5. fix some timber fence issues; Keen to have someone who can handle all the above. The budget listed just to initial, would need an onsite quote to move further.

Re plaster splashback ready for mirror splashback to go on.

Looking for a chippy to do the fix out of a bedroom. Electrical rough in and plastering is done. I have started painting the ceiling. I just need the architrave on one side of two windows put back into place as per photos (I have these), skirting boards added (need you to purchase), door frame built with architraves (need you to purchase these materials also) and door hung with handle installed (door should be arriving tomorrow and I have new handle). There will be some plastering required after the door is installed and the plasterer is ready to come back and complete that. Opportunity for further work in other areas of the house.

I need these slate tiles removed included the grout so it is back to the concrete slab. The area of tiles to be removed is 7.9m x 4.2m and then a hallway which is 4.7m x 1m. Preferably I would like someone who has access to a jackhammer trolly to make the job faster. We have removed some of the tiles but it's slow going with just a hammer drill and narrow spade bit. Would like job completed ASAP. Have some plastic drapes hung to reduce the dust going through the house. Please ensure correct respirator mask is used.
