Remove rusty bracket from bullbar that holds spotlights.. I managed to remove one of the bolts myself but the others are just spinning.. I'm hesitant to use the angle grinder because I'd like to replace the bracket.. bonus points if you can fabricate me a new bracket.. any ideas please? Located Alexandra Hills. Access to bolts is limited. See pictures

Our workshop floor has a crack and when it rains heavy the water comes up through the floor, we need to have this patched and sealed as a quick fix. We also have a leaking ceiling outside undercover area which leaks in heavy rain. Perhaps someone can look at both issues.

I need 4x whirly birds installed at my house that I already purchased and have them here ready to go.
