Find an experienced handyman in Alexandra Hills

Remove rusty bracket from bullbar that holds spotlights.. I managed to remove one of the bolts myself but the others are just spinning.. I'm hesitant to use the angle grinder because I'd like to replace the bracket.. bonus points if you can fabricate me a new bracket.. any ideas?

I need 4x whirly birds installed at my house that I already purchased and have them here ready to go. The job can be done after 10am on Friday the 15th of Nov or any time on Saturday (16th) and Sunday (17th). If these days done suit, the job can also be done on the 6-7-8th of Dec.
