Removal of asbestos cement sheeting (non-friable) in our laundry room - test completed and asbestos detected and small part of sun room ceiling. Also require removal of tiles & sheeting (asbestos not detected in the test) from the small powder room next to the laundry ready for renovation. Space is approx 12 - 18m2

Repair the hole in the door. The rotten wood will need to be dug out of the frame, filled with builder's bog, patched, and then painted. I will supply the paint only.
