I need following issues fixed for 2 bathroom: Bathroom 1: 2 missing tiles - tiles available at hand. Open shower - semi close it or fully close it (may not be enough space to fully close but open to suggestions to do it in a cost effective way) Tile re-grouting in shower area, and other areas where grouting is required. Replace standard sliding door Replace lower part of the door frames where it is water damaged. Fix the cloth hanger - still on wall just a little loose. Bathroom 2 Re grout wall and floor tiles. Some wall tiles are loose so may need to remove and glue again. Tiles can be reused, also have spare. Pics attached.

My garage door is squeaking and making some noise when it opens and closes. It looks like a relatively easy fix, possibly just lubrication or minor adjustments. Looking for someone experienced with garage doors to take a look and provide a quote to fix it.

3-4 flyscreens in my house need replacing. I have some spare flyscreen materials but can purchase more before task and can also go around corner to Bunnings on day of task if anything else required.

Install 2 felt-backed wood slat panels as feature wall approx 233cm high x 93cm long. Will require cutting to size using circular or handsaw. Install using liquid nails and plasterboard screws. I need someone with multitask idea how to fix these ..I use the command hanging strip to stick up photo frame on my wall but when i took them down it ripped the wall as per photo attached .It’s a paper wall.They are small one pls refer to photo attached Need this done and fix anytime this week will be great .Maybe you need to sand and paint it .If you’re professional you will know what to do Thanks - Due date: Flexible

Drill 20 x 6mm holes into brick wall, install flyscreen using Ramset driver fixings provided. Very easy job, just need someone who is neat and capable of drilling some holes into a brick wall. You will need your own drill and bits. - Due date: Flexible before Christmas.

One half of the gyprock ceiling in the double garage had to pulled out to repair a truss. The truss has been fixed but one half of the ceiling needs to be replaced with gyprock panels and fixing materials. One half of the double garage ceiling needs to be installed. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, one of the door handle at our house has come out loose. Need someone to fix it properly. Also looking to get some misc other tasks like hanging painting, putting screws for hanging fire extinguisher etc. Time wise work needed is about 45 minutes to an hour. Work location is Amaroo.
