Find an experienced handyman in Angle Vale

Need someone to install our dog door on our laundry sliding glass door.

Side of desk needs to be refixed with nails and glue. Not completely fussy about the strip of wood that is broken. Just need to be safe and functional.

I put this job on hold in order to put a hole in the (already damaged) ceiling after recent rains to make sure it was not still taking on water. (See additional photos) I believe it is dry, so the external roof was repaired as reported last year. It is just a garage (with no through access to the house) so I don’t think the painting part of this job is important, it’s not like it is inside the house itself. Happy for it to be replaced/repaired and made ready for painting in the future. <original posting> Water was getting in via a cracked tile, which was fixed at the beginning of 2023. Need the ceiling repaired where the water did some damage.

I need advice on whether I can patch this up or whether to take the door off and replace. Let me know, then offer a price.

There is like a service hatch ( but it isn't) for light between hallway and lounge 1800mm X 1200mm , it was filled in. Gyprock now removed, wooden sill needs re sitting, both sides of internal walls need repair and flushing - Due date: Before Saturday, 5 November 2022
