need fix some paints for the wall 4-5 small places might be 20-30 mins job

I put this job on hold in order to put a hole in the (already damaged) ceiling after recent rains to make sure it was not still taking on water. (See additional photos) I believe it is dry, so the external roof was repaired as reported last year. It is just a garage (with no through access to the house) so I don’t think the painting part of this job is important, it’s not like it is inside the house itself. Happy for it to be replaced/repaired and made ready for painting in the future. <original posting> Water was getting in via a cracked tile, which was fixed at the beginning of 2023. Need to get a partion wall done in the garage

We have several pictures that we need hung and we can't get them straight. If we need to supply the materials we need to know what we need to get. Photos of the larger pictures are attached the rest of the photos are either similar type or canvas and no official hanging piece.

I need advice on whether I can patch this up or whether to take the door off and replace. Let me know, then offer a price.

Just need some basic tasks done to finish a new house build: 1. Door stopper supplied and installed for the front screen door 2. House number on letterbox and maybe additionally the brickwork 3. Supply and install a doorbell 4. Curtain ties or similar solution installed in a few rooms 5. Corking around two hand-wash basins needs redoing/fixing 6. Clean a window or two 7. Address some road base and concrete spill and markings on fence 8. Supply a couple of padlocks for side gates 9. TV antenna supplied and installed (optional) Probably best to meet at the house to show the jobs. There is a Bunnings nearby if needed.

Need a clothline (wall mount one) to be installed. I will supply one and just need the installation to be done.
