Broken awning that has come away from the side of the house. Its hanging on now by a couple of screws. It is heavy, so I can't do that job, I need someone strong. I just need the awning to be removed from the house and discarded.

I do not need the door to be replaced or hung. I have a friend that will do that but i need the door frame replaced. The board down by your feet needs replacing as well. There in glass beside the door which might be tricky. I have no idea of the correct price to pay so please let me know if my expectation is totally off.
