I got these observations during my inspection report at the time of buying the house. I want assistance in fixing these issues. Roof Drainage: The gutters have some surface rust in some locations. It is recommended that a bitumastic paint is applied to these gutters to prevent further rust from occurring and prolong the life of the gutters. There is evidence of a small leak in the corner gutter joint over the northeast side of the property. Recommend repair. Rusted downpipe noted, recommend maintenance. The north side gutters have rust holes - recommend consulting with roof plumber for rectification.

Have 2 houses, one in piara waters and one in atwell. Wanting 2 x hardwired smoke alarms out in both houses

Electric shutter over sliding doors in laundry not coming down from casing. Makes a noise when turned on. Stopped working after flyscreen mesh installed, possibly knocked into casing during door installation.
