Oops! Smashed a hole in the wall accidentally. Need it fixed this week.

I have a bathroom door where the top door hinge has come away. I would like to get the hinge replaced, and possibly a middle hinge added (it is quite a heavy door). I am going away on holidays Friday afternoon (13th of December), and would like to get the job done before then. I also have a few other handyman tasks if a longer job is preferred - this is also posted.

We removed 4 tiles - 30 cm x 60 cm and they now need to be replaced. Also the plaster board. We were looking for a leak. They are basic Bunnings tiles. I can buy if needed.

Need someone to hang a hanging chair. It come with rope. I have a hook already on the ceiling however I think other hardware might be required. Need someone to install and supply whatever is needed to hang.

Need a few holes patched up from previous wall hangings before end of lease.

We had a leak and had to replace some floorboards, but cork was used to fill the gaps. I’d like to have the whole room sanded and the gaps filled in, and then varnished, to make it blend and look less noticeable. I welcome any quotes and advice on how to achieve this. :)

Plaster 2 x walls in bathrooms. Tiles and sheet was removed to change plumbing. Area will need to be waterproofed however not necessarily to code as entire wall will be covered with micro-cement which is a water proof product. Can discuss further. I can arrange waterproofing separately. The house also needs skirtings replaced at a later date - if you are able to complete this task too please note this when responding to this task. Thank you!

- Patch paint in 2 areas where paint has been damaged by curtains coming down - Rehang 2 x curtain rods on wall with plasterboard and brick behind. - Anchor 2 pieces of furniture to wall. 1 x bookcase, 1 x clothes hamper

Dismantle metal bed screws, pack the bed from downstairs bedroom, take mattress up, collect old computers, a DVD player, two toilet bowls and some plastic containers take to the tip. A council tipping docket can be helpful. Must go today. Roof leakage needs checking tomorrow
