I have a 15kg mirror that I want hung on the bathroom wall above the sink. The mirror has a chain at the back to hang from. I don't currently have any of the hardware (screws, boltz etc.). I am happy to purchase on recommendation or pay for the cost of materials included or on top of the fee. As far as I can tell there is a stud on the wall at the right height.

Need help installing a retractable awning to the roof of house. Ideally someone who has experience installing brackets or similar onto roofs. I have already purchased the awning and have found appropriate brackets to complete the job, but I need an experienced builder or handyman to install the bracket onto to the roof. We can help lifting awning onto the bracket once they are in place. I've attached photos of similar installs
