Need a more robust solution to attaching one end of a concertina door (to a study). Would be good to come and see the issue and give a firm quote. The door was attached by 6 screws to a dry wall. It lasted about 2 years but is now detached. So looking for a fix that gives a better attachment.

Glass shower door needs re-alignment. Have tried various Allen keys but with no success. (Interested plumbers can also quote for install of bidet)

I have rounded two bolts that need to be removed from my Ute tub. The bolts are used to attach the tie down points and are torqued >20Nm with copious amounts of loctite. One of the bolts I attempted to use an extractor kit on and the extractor toolbit sheared off and remains inside the bolt. The job probably requires welding a nut to the bolt unless there is any other suggestions.
