Hi, I have 3 baby gates that need to be installed. I have already purchased the baby gates but they need installing properly to the sides of my new home so my dogs don’t get out. This job requires someone confident in installing and securing them properly and will require you to pop to Bunnings (a few mins away) to get the right tools (wood to drill into and maybe the extenders). Of course any extras will be paid for. I need them installed properly so my dogs do not escape as we are on a main road. If say you will need a drill as well.

Ceiling have been ripped off, need an expertise who can supply and install gyprock with corning. See floor plan not needed in kitchen, laundry and bathroom but need to add porch which is 1.2 x 1.5m

Home gym equipment, pics attached, to be restored *if* you judge them to be worth doing. All have been sitting under waterproof deck, but they have been wet from storm, and are rusty in places. Not all. All are fully functional notwithstanding greater friction and reduced fluid movement. Three items:- 1. Heavy spin bike. From pics you’ll see there a build up of weathering on the wheel. Otherwise sound. I expect this can be made to look good. 2. Leg press. The main issue is the rust on the rails and trucks. Otherwise very sound. Surface rust on the frame but it’s still solid as. 3. The “monster” gym, about three years under the house, there is surface rust on the poles that steer the weights lifted by the cables. The smith machine poles are rust free. Cables are fine. All the functions work as engineered. Let me know if you think they can be salvaged. Otherwise it’ll be a garage sale or tip.
