Currently interstate so job will be managed through property manager. Unable to supply any materials.

Gyprock and prep some spots in ceiling for paint: - 2 holes from old fluro boxes - approx 5 downlight holes The downlight holes just need base coat, tape and top coat. The fluro holes also need gyprock as well as base coat, tape and top coat. Timber and gyprock on-site. You supply base coat, tape and top coat.
