Freezer door isn’t forming proper seal anymore. Seals look good. Might be an issue with the hinge.

Old hot water solar panels. Two of them. Need to be unbolted and taken down from roof. (Water has already been disconnected). Panels just need to be removed from rooftop and taken down. They will be heavy and awkward, so probably a two person job with appropriate strapping for lowering of panels to ground level.
