Our towel rack broke under the weight of a heavy towel. The left side has completely fallen off the wall and the right side is wiggly. We will be moving out soon and need to get this fixed for the next tenant.

Paint the walls and ceiling cornice of a 2.6m X 3m small nursery bedroom. Will need at least two coats of paint. The existing colour is a dark blue grey and the colour of choice for the bedroom is white. There is a chance it may need a third coat. Paint is supplied and we do have rollers and paint brushes if needed. Walls have been already patched of any holes.

Repair of the shelf of my walk in closet

1) A bedroom door that wont shut needs to be adjusted to close properly and smoothly and make sure handle is working well. 2) Another door handle for bathroom needs to be fixed as is loose. 3) Also the gate outside is broken and isn't closing properly and need to be readjusted. Quick job, should not take more than a few hours. Job must be done to a professional standard. -ABN/QBCC preferred as I want to make sure it is done properly.
