Need new door handle/knob, latch and strike installed to replace old one. I have purchased new kit as photographed. Existing hole in door needs to be made slightly bigger. Can be flexible with time and date over Saturday 26/10, Sunday 27/10 or Monday 28/10.

Silicone has become a little loose around 2 x shower bases. Needs to be cut out and resealed. Just some patches, not the full bases

I need three jobs done please. 1) Ceiling painted in laundry (360x130) with a small sand required where hole has been plastered (see photo). I have the paint. 2) I recently enclosed my washer and dryer in a cupboard and I need a vent put in the ceiling for the dryer. I don't have the vent. 3) I need the edging around my bath replaced as it has gone black in one area (see photo).

I am getting new carpet installed and need 3 doors planed so they fit above new carpet. I will also need the doors re-hung.

A roller blind fell out of the mounts holding it. The mounts seem to be a little too far apart so one may need to be adjusted inwards. The blind is over my kitchen sink but easy to get at. I would do it but I am a bit wary of using my step ladder because of my age.
