Replace garage roller door with windows

Top of whirlybird blew off need base removed and I have a new Bradford Windmaster to be installed. Tile roof.

Sliding door seems stuck, rollers seem to be worn out.

I dropped my laptop on the floor and it damaged it. There is a 4cm diameter hole and it is 1cm deep. I am looking for someone to fill the hole and repaint it to match the surrounding floor.

It's a simple glass door (large size) but it needs to be done neat and professionally. Please only make offers if you have previous experience installing doors and doors frames. Scope of Task: 1. Remove old door frame a)remove quad trims b)cut fixings (w/ a recip. saw) c) remove door frame as a whole 2.Install new door frame a)fit the new door frame in place b)pack with window packers making sure everything is level and plumb c)fix it using bugle batten screws and making sure they are place accordingly so the doorstop covers it later 3.Hang new Door a)Make housing for 4 butt hinges on both frame and door. Hinges are black so you need to work neat so they're not scratched when you finish b) Hang the door using supplied hinges c)Install latch/lock (unsure if is a mortise lock but I don't believe it is, will probably need a set of hole saws) d)Pin nail the door stops e)pin nail new quad trims Lock will need to be working properly when finished and door can't be loose or tight. You will need your own tools and vehicle. If the door won't fit your vehicle we can deliver it beforehand. Happy for just a quote if not available for the whole job it's ok too. Have quite a few broken window winders. Cupboards and drawers need locks installed. 2 manholes need to be locked up too. Have heard of locks that are accessible by workmen, would be interested in that if available. It would appear that the bottom sliding mechanism (roller?) is broken. The door jags and is difficult to open and close. - Due date: Flexible
