It's a simple glass door (large size) but it needs to be done neat and professionally. Please only make offers if you have previous experience installing doors and doors frames. Scope of Task: 1. Remove old door frame a)remove quad trims b)cut fixings (w/ a recip. saw) c) remove door frame as a whole 2.Install new door frame a)fit the new door frame in place b)pack with window packers making sure everything is level and plumb c)fix it using bugle batten screws and making sure they are place accordingly so the doorstop covers it later 3.Hang new Door a)Make housing for 4 butt hinges on both frame and door. Hinges are black so you need to work neat so they're not scratched when you finish b) Hang the door using supplied hinges c)Install latch/lock (unsure if is a mortise lock but I don't believe it is, will probably need a set of hole saws) d)Pin nail the door stops e)pin nail new quad trims Lock will need to be working properly when finished and door can't be loose or tight. You will need your own tools and vehicle. If the door won't fit your vehicle we can deliver it beforehand. It would appear that the bottom sliding mechanism (roller?) is broken. The door jags and is difficult to open and close. - Due date: Flexible

-Replace broken/cracked tiles -Repair/replace any missing or loose ridge and hip cap mortar -Clear debris from valley gutter and re-sit the cut tiles to sit correctly -Remove and reroute the wires that run across the top of the metal valley gutter so as to avoid any future debris build up against the wires. -Correctly fit and seal the flashing above the dining room and the flashing above the enquire bathroom (Please send quotes) thank you. - Due date: Flexible
