We have a stairwell that is ~2.5m underground that has water very slowly sealing through in the lower extremities. The outside was positively waterproofed with a giant ag drain recently, but it was done remedially in difficult circumstances so isn’t 100% effective. I want the interior brickwork negatively waterproofed to reduce humidity in the garage / stairwell, meeting the following criteria; 1. Should still allow some permeability for air. 2. I’d like it to have ‘bagged’ look (but it can be painted white, although it doesn’t have to be if the natural finish looks ok) 3. Needs to not affect the long term structural integrity of the wall / brickwork Any questions let me know. It’s a weird one so I think it would definitely benefit from having a look at it in person. I need 15m2 of sandstone grouted. It’s 2 years old and while I’ve pressure cleaned it fairly deeply it’ll still take a bit longer than normal as you’ll have to scrape the odd stick / leaf / plant etc out before grouting(don’t ask me why it wasn’t done earlier 🤦‍♀️) I have a grout pump and all materials needed, so it’s labour only. If you do a good job there’s another 25m2 to do in the same area, but quote me for the 15 first. Based on the speed I can do it (an amateur) it’s less than a days work given it’s now mostly clean, but I want it done well rather than quickly so I don’t need anyone to rush. We have all new appliances Smeg oven, Samsung induction cooktop and have the instruction manuals. However they are both quite complicated appliances. Would like someone with previous experience to help set them up please.

I need the railings and fittings of my glass balustrades polished to remove the tarnish. They are stainless steel. I have the solution to do this and it comes of easy as I did another area this weekend. There is 40m left to do. Just the top railing and the four attachments to each glass panel front and back. The AquaViro solution and scourers and drill operated buffer will be provided. It would take probably 6 hours to complete. It took me 3 hours for 20m over the weekend.

I need a new ceiling put in. It’s a small room off the garage which is 2.1 x 2.3m. Price needs to include supply and delivery of materials (gyprock, plaster etc), removal of existing ceiling and install of new ceiling with shadow line finish, plaster joints, remove rubbish and prepare new ceiling for painting.
