Find an experienced handyman in Birkdale

Recently moved out of a nightmare house. Landlord alleges I bumped the tap in the bathtub, I simply said yeah it was probably me even though I only use the shower. Landlord tightened it way too hard and cracked the tile. No receipt, no invoice from a plumber or tradie. When I moved out he withheld $400 due to alleged damage. Wanting an honest quote to have this sorted before I drag him through QCAT. Photo shows before he tightened it way too hard and after he tightened it and it’s very obvious he tightened it too hard hence splitting the tile. If anyone is able to either sort this out or provide a legitimate quote please accept and we can go from there! Please also note he just took $400 out of my bond and is refusing to pay it back, provide an invoice and turns out he never lodged the bond with RTA so they are unable to assist. P.S. the photo that is more yellow is after the landlord did a diy job, tightened it way too hard and cracked it.

I have 2 ceiling light fans and am replacing them both . 1 of them in the bedroom already has the 3 point light switch but the one downstairs was remote control but the new one is also 3 point light switch now (so no remote) so that will need to be changed. Entry door replacement. New door is already hung by the handyman, but he had a family emergency and can’t finish the job. It needs sanding, painting, handle/lock installation and the space between the door and the frame filled in.

Looking for a quote to dig three post holes, cement hardwood posts in (2.4m above ground) and attach some reo to them to create a ~3 meter green screen i.e for Jasmine plants to climb up. I will buy materials and get them delivered. Also need existing lattice unscrewed from patio. If you have a good hourly rate and are skilled in a variety of work there will be future landscaping projects too. Located in Birkdale.

Glass has separated from door frame, trouble sliding and locking. Looking for a door specialist to fix. Price to be negotiated once better understanding what needs to be done.
