My security roller shutters couldn't rise and fall,

One hinge has become detached from security screen door and needs to be re-riveted. Four windows have had fly screens pulled loose by cat and need reattaching.

Two of the security roller shutters cannot roll down. When I twist the bottom, it doesn’t have any reactions. (Maybe they are stuck, I guess.) P.S. They are operated electrically.
