The Gyprock within a Bathroom area. The bathroom floor has a surface area of 178cm by 215 cm. The walls are 250 cm tall or less. If you provide the materials and the service, that would be best at $1,300. If you only provide the labour, I would offer $500. Before the gyprock goes on, we will need to get some plumbing done. After that, we'll arrange a date for you to do the gyprocking. We plan to tile the walls and floors (but not the ceiling) so the gyprock material used must be suitable for porceline tiles to adhere to with grout. Of course, seeing as it is a bathroom with a shower and sink, we need to have the gyprock panels and the putties and adhesives used to finish the job all be suitable for we areas. Two of the walls are brick which will have 70mm H2 timber on the for the gyprock to attach to. The other two walls are just H2 timber framing that connect the room to other rooms. I prefer screws to be users rather than nails for attaching the panels to the wood frames. The gyprock will conceal copper water supply piping and PVC waste water piping. It will also conceal electric cabling. There is 1 thin, rectangular window on one of the brick walls. Therefore, the gyprock must nicely transition to the window's gap. Lighting, electrics, carpentry and plumbing will all have been completed before you are needed. This job is only about the gyprock.
