Gyprock holes x3 patched + towel rails & robe hooks installed. 2. Laundry sliding door rail replaced OR replace with new swing door. 3. Bedroom doors shaved to stop jamming. 4. Gate hardware install. 5. Demolish small brick bar in rumpus room downstairs (half-height wall & not structural). Only a very small, single-skin wall but can supply photos of this if needed. Plenty to do here (you pick which ones & what order)but all very straightforward. My husband & son are also super-handy & hard-working too so can assist you if you want extra sets of hands.
