Hi, we have some cracked tiles in our motel we need replaced, as well as some old soap dish tiles cut out and replaced, and some screw holes we want filled or the tiles replaced. See photos. We have all the tiles on hand. We think 1 day should be enough but If you need to do another day we can pay another full day even if it takes you half a day (i.e. $650 extra cash if you prefer). The tiling must be done before 6th December. You can come anytime (day/night/weekends.) Call me if you have any questions

Cleaning and grinding the small areas, apply rust inhibitor, apply fibreglass filler in layers. Will need a couple of repeat visits to allow drying and sanding. Some fiddly areas but doesn’t need a perfect finish . There is a side panel, 3 small holes in the roof and the trickier one underneath near the exhaust area.

Need bathroom and ensuite silicone to be removed and replaced around toilet, bathtub, shower hob and basins. Also some minor tile and grout repairs.

A relatively new garden gate (car width) is not meeting with its steel latch correctly anymore. The gate has dropped a few cms from its original position, and has ripped off the steel arm of the latch while being used like this. A screen door hinge where it attaches to the door jamb has come away due to rot in the door jab itself. It needs the rot chiselling out and the small section replacing with something solid enough to hold the screws of the hinge. - Due date: Flexible

Gryprock ceiling and upper wall sections where kitchen bulkhead and halogen light units were removed. Replace cornice (have saved a potion of it for that purpose).
