They include:- *a small patch of concreting (about 1sqm) * raising/levelling a paver that's completely sunken in *replacing a concrete sheet fascia board on side of gazebo * reattaching a gate with a new hinge (the old one has rusted through) Happy to pay hourly rate plus materials depending one on which jobs you do.
