I am the owner of 57 Walla st, bundaberg and I am coming for a few days to do some renovations to my property before the next tenant comes in. (I'll get there on Thursday evening). I am not sure yet how much will need to be done. But what I am looking for in the first stage is someone with tools and experience in general renovations to help me out. I am guessing that we will repaint a few walls, maybe ceilings. Change some taps? Upgrade some electrical. And if you are doing a great job, you'll become my go-to renovation person for the future. Dig a hole about 7cm deep and 45 to 50cm square for a letter box. Then put 1 bag and a half mixed concrete I’ll supply .. have wheel barrow it can be mixed in. Also have two double towel rails to install. This task would suit someone who has basic handyman skills.
