Find an experienced handyman in Canberra

I'm thinking of running a single CAT6 cable, approximately 5 metres straight run inside roof from a hallway to the front door. Hallway area just need a simple Ethernet wall point on the plasterboard wall next to my router (see photo). Front door area just need the RJ45 connector simply left inside the roof above the eaves.

Signs of water damage around window surround. Needs fixing.

I was putting together IKEA furniture (malm drawers) and accidentally placed the top pice the wrong way. The top piece is screwed down and secured with some cam lock fasteners. I require assistance to remove them as I do not have the proper tools. I estimate this would be a 5-10 minute job.

House recently bought, part of the house is on a slope and as such has what I can only assume to be some water erosion of some of the render/underlying brick. Does it just need some paint? Maybe some mortar? Whole new render? Not pedantic, probably just need to stop water getting in. I am looking into getting some additional drainage put in separately.

Looking for someone who can hang a number of artworks in my hallway, and also install a few shelves in a closet. The shelves are floating floorboard panels that have been cut to size. I do not have fixtures. All of the walls involved are concrete, so you will need powerful drill and vacuum. Note that the closet where the shelves will be installed is very narrow.
