Find an experienced handyman in Carine

Existing flooring used is Polyflor Miplank however, it has warped and deteriorated over time. I am wanting to either repair or replace it. Prefer a product which is non-slip and easy to clean. Can you help?

Hinge in kitchen cupboard need re-affixing to cupboard wall - not sure if longer screws are needed, dowels or to relocate up/down. 2. Replace 2x* bulbs - fixture is around 3.4m high, not sure if bulb is screw in or 'T' bulb. Will supply both options to you. *Amended to two bulbs that need replacing - the other light along the gable roof just went..
