This is definitely NOT A VACATE CLEAN, just some items needing a quick wipe over. -Most of the light switches and power points need to be wiped over; -Bed 2 : The mirror robe door is off the tracks, skirting boards wiped, coat hangers and cobwebs removed; -Bed 1: The wardrobe door in the first bedroom has dirty finger print marks and a sticker to be removed; -There is blutac along the wall to be removed; -Kitchen: blind above sink wiped clean of food splatters. -Cabinet handles need to be cleaned. -Sliding door curtain to be rehung - Window track in lounge to be wiped clean -Bathroom: Inside of shower door, in the corner, needs to be cleaned of Mould including the shower shelf. -Towel ring is off the wall just needs a screw to attach it to its bracket. -The cup in the holder by the bathroom basin is needs a clean. We need a few handyman things done around the house. Including: - Plinths made for the kitchen and coffee bar (see images) --- the coffee bar was made from IKEA, so we could potentially buy the plinth for the modular set up but will need install --- the kitchen will need to be made or found / kitchen likely made from bunnings - closet doors put back on the bedroom - will need to buy new hinges - patch a few small wall spots if have time - otherwise, we can do this. We will also be hiring a painter for small jobs afterwards so if you have painting experience and want to do those, that works too.
