I have a light socket I want to change to a ceiling fan in my alfresco but the light is wired to another light that comes on when it comes on but I would like to have 2 switches now if possible..one so I can turn on the new fan without having to have the other light on at the same time.. wondering how much this would cost..I am happy to go ahead and get the fan up either way..the photo shows the switch and light and the other light around the corner comes on also

Looking for someone to repair my flyscreens! Three of my window flyscreens are in need of new screens as they have been ripped. Additionally, my alfresco flyscreen is not sliding or closing properly due to damaged or broken hinges, and therefore requires some work.

Hello We have an out-of-rail flyscreen here. Locks and hooks holding the flyscreen are all broken. It needs to be repaired and fixed.

Need to check the presence of water and power lines behind the wall as we have no idea. Any knowledge in this area or use of sensor gadgets will help. You will have to supply the screws and plugs.
