Previous attempts to fix the sagging door have only temporarily fixed the issue. The hinge screws are now spinning and I'm not sure whether the door frame needs replacing. This is a AirBnB property, so we need to it repaired on Thursday 13th February post guest checkout after 10am.

Repair Gate, It has come off Hinges (truclose hinges) I need someone to put a gate back on the hinges and I will help. It seems to lock into place rather than with screws, but I could be wrong. It uses truclose hinges I am home all-day Sunday or someone could even come around now for a quick fix in Gorokan If it turns out to be a bigger job we create a bandaid solution and work out the rest

A rock or a nail - not sure - is stuck underneath our door. We need a door handyman to take off the door, inspect underneath the door and dislodge whatever is scraping against our tiles on the floor. Preference to get it done today - Saturday.

During the storm last week the bottom part of the motorized blind came apart. Need to see if it can be fixed and reattached.

I need garage panel door adjusted. It lifts fine but sounds like it kinks the chain a bit. When it goes down it kinks the chain a lot. Sometime it goes one panel down and stops. Sometimes it goes about 200mm off the floor and stops. If i assist it going down it will go down all the way.

We had our bathrooms renovated over the past 18mths. The main bathroom has no natural light & poor airflow. The silicone seal has lots of black spots /assume mould. Would like silicone removed & reseal with silicone. The ensuite is starting to do the same in a few spots. I would like this to be re-siliconed in a seperate visit so we don’t have both showers out of action (while they dry). Preference is to pay an hourly rate plus materials.

Pantry door not opening and closing properly. Isn’t sitting straight; therefore sitting on the drawer below and makes it hard to open and close without damaging the below. Might need new hinges but I’m not sure.
