the side gate does not latch to shut as it’s not aligned correctly and it comes out of the wall, I have attached photos for your reference.

We need a new Vanity bench top installed in one of our guest rooms (unit 25) due to water damage. Approx dims in mm – 2000x600x35(25?) A White standard bench top from Bunnings (or similar) will do the job. The top that is there is a bullnose but a square edge on the new one will be fine. You will note from the photos (attached) that there is no tile splash back, just laminated 16mm board. The board is liquid nailed onto the walls. This should have silicone installed at all internal and external corners. The new top will sit on new timber rails. We can use the old top as a template for the re-use of the existing hand basin. I realise that the old top will probably disintegrate on removal, however we should be able to still use it as a guide. Would you be able to supply a costing to replace the vanity top its surrounds, and to remove and then reinstate the hand basin. The front facia board housing the towel rail/s will also require replacement reusing the same towel rail/s. There is a GPO on the left-hand side of the vanity – We will get this disconnected prior to works starting. Thanks.
