Had roof cleaned ends of facia boards need filling and or replacing in front of house , and painting have paint

Enclose an area in the garden underneath a concrete overhang to create a chicken coop and run. There is a rock wall and concrete overhang that will form one side and the roof. Need to purchase materials – I will pay for these on top of the task price. See attached sketch for rough dimensions of length and height. Want to create a run/tunnel to the existing nesting box (pictured) - maybe using a half pipe?
