Get from Balcatta Bunnings the Marquee 5x3m Grey Rectangle Shade Sail kit which I have ordered and ready to pick up (from Balcatta Bunnings). Go through the left side gate (not locked). put up the frame by arranging and aligning the individual posts. Embed the SHS column into a 400mm deep hole and pour in concrete to secure the column. Next, place the roof sheets on, ensuring they are positioned correctly, and screw them in place with the help of a friend. Afterwards, secure the flashings by tightly screwing them onto the structure. Will have to pull up pavers to make holes for posts and reinstall pavers to look seamless. Concrete supplied by me.

We require 28 holagen downlights on the ground floor of a 2 story house to be replaced with LED downlights and to replace a ceiling fan. We have the lights and the fan we just need someone to replace them.

Automatic alfresco blind off its zipper on one side. Also the screen on the remote is messed up and doesn’t show numbers. It works fine otherwise. Nothing wrong with the electrics.

( got them already) Is a new build house with a Metal roof frame got the electrical points already with the builder but the does not have the plate support for the fans apparently.?
