Have removed Glass Gate and corroded floor spring. Have purchased new glass gate, hinge panel and hardware. Want old removed and 2 new panels installed. Supplying new latch and soft close hinges. Would like latch panel spun 180 degrees to hide old holes from previous latch - see last photo

I have some fake flowers. I just want someone to help me in putting these fake flowers on the roof and which is not a concrete roof and there are four different beams and we just want somebody to hang them in a decorative way to look the outdoor area more attractive and beautiful.

Our concertino doors in the rumpus room downstairs have not been opened for a couple of years but we need to open them up in order to remove furniture and also because we are selling the house. We need help opening these up as they seem to be stuck - either the door joints are rusty or the wood expanded - we are not sure. The doors seem to be able to move when we try to push them but do not slide on the rail.
