I need a reliable and experienced handyman that does quality work for this job but also to build an ongoing partnership moving forward. Need the following done in the house initially: - AC conduit outside to be fixed up again and appropriately fixed to the wall as this has fallen a couple of times in the last 2-3 years. I want a better solution to ensure it stays fixed to the wall. - Window winder replaced with a new one (most likely) as the old one is not working in the toilet. Must be replaced with the same one as others around the house. Amount does not include cost of parts. I will pay this once it is confirmed that a new winder is definitely needed. Photos and video evidence must be attached with an explanation of what completed must be attached to the job once done in order for funds to be released. You will liaise directly with my agent to organise a time to attend ASAP. There is an opportunity for ongoing work across multiple properties down the track for the right person.

Need a shower wall fixed. I will need a new piece of cement board at the bottom, water proofing and tiling of the bottom part of the shower. Will also need the shower walls sealed across the top where the water got in initially.

Need to have some repairs and tiling done to a shower that has water damage behind it. Was caused by a lack of seal at the top of tiled area. That will need to be sealed also.

I have a bathroom mirror that needs to be installed, but I need the old mirror and shelves to be removed first, the wall would need to be fixed up and painted underneath where the old mirror was. The old mirror is made of square mirror tiles stuck to the wall. Two towel rails to install, there are some old fixings from a previous heated towel rail that are still attached to the wall. There is a curtain rail to install in one room. There are 14 shelves to install around the house, most are floating shelves. We have 2 computers in a safety electrical cabinet from a Cnc machine, Normally if I turn the main switch on , at the outside of the cabinet.
