I have a small space requiring cabinetry to create a euro-style laundry area. With budget limitations, I am hoping to do the cabinetry this year or early next year, with the long term plan to add doors down the line. I would like to add a bench top over my washing machine, a sink for hand washing, and some additional storage. I do not have a dryer and don't intend to put one in. Depending on the limitations for space, I would love a tall cupboard to put an ironing board/stick vacuum. There is a water heater that needs to stay in place, but I would love to have something to cover this (even the ability to add a curtain in front with a rod between the wall and a shelf/cabinet would be great). Please see below the existing space, some scribbles of what I imagine could work in the space, and some inspiration images. I am open using flat-pack options or having something built, just looking for a cost-effective option given the small size of the space.

The hinges need replacing in security door. I have new hinges them but need the pop rivets drilled out. (I tried but failed). The holes in the frame (for the screws for the hinges) have become larger in time. Need that fixed, too. Also side gate (wooden) needs new latch installed.
