Find an experienced handyman in Coogee WA

Corner of stone counter has snapped off. Need repairs. Is the front of the counter so cant be hidden at all

Needing a handyman to put up a vent like the other ones that I have here over this hole. I am wanting it to match as much as it can the other ones. Can you source the vent and I will pay for the vent separately.

Have a broken roller shutter strap to kids bedroom that needs replacement. ALSO need a roller shutter strap in guest bedroom replaced. So task is for total of 2 roller shutter straps... both to be replaced (one broken and one intact).... pictures attached

Pergola panels are old and breaking, and need replacing (transparent sections) The sections are triangular, approximately 1100 H and 1700 W As the pictures show, two panels meet to make the 1700-1800 W The tasker would need to be able to cut these to shape. Additional bonus would be picking up the panels, otherwise I will arrange bunnings to deliver them as I don’t have a car big enough. We can discuss this Would also need to discuss the size of the panels for me to purchase, as I imagine the longer ones would be better in order to cut them in half Also, please excuse the budget, I know what’s involved to do this, but I want to be flexible for suggestions and offers, as I don’t know how long it would take I’m flexible with when it’s done, but ideally a Wednesday or Friday when I’m home.

Seized awning pull down lever. Entire awning stuck in lock position. Likely need an entire new lever. Awning is a dometic 5m. Currently on site at Woodman point caravan park.
