My current toilet role holder is off the wall, I tried fixing it before but didn’t do a good job and now moving out. Potentially need the section of the wall to be repainted and then reput on.

Looking to have a temporary door (no screws into the existing walls) and door frame built behind this archway. Was thinking of using 2x4’s for a frame and hanging the door off that. But am open to better ideas. The aim is to give the room which is accessed through the hallway some privacy and reduce noise. Happy to pay for all materials required. Doesn’t have to lock or even be overly aesthetic as this is a rental so it’ll have to go when we do.
