Thermal alarm in my apartment is beeping. Battery likely requires changing, however there is a safety screw preventing the cover from being removed. Require electrician to remove cover and take the battery out so it stops beeping. The thermal alarm isn’t required. I have active smoke alarms. Please note———There is a safety screw preventing the cover from being removed!
