The deck will need some general repairs, the large slats have too much distance between them and requires additional supports underneath and some may need replacing.

Small piece of wood on corner gutter replaced. Bottom of fly screen on door has come away. Needs reattaching. Remove old key safe front front screen door. Fix door knob inside sliding door. Remove laminate strips across top of two kitchen cupboard doors, clean off glue and reattach to cupboard doors. - Due date: Flexible

The installation method will need to be fascia mount using rafter brackets. The roof is a metal colourbond skillion roof with 18 degree slope.
