Balcony Doors: Adjust timber door in frame to move freely and work in the appropriate manner. Supply and install new hinges in Stainless Steel. Install new handle with locking mechanism in Matt Black Sand and repaint all timber to protect from future weather damage

I would like a custom vanity made for my small bathroom. I’d like it to be similar to this Auspek one, but include a door to be able to conceal the washer dryer when not in use. Would ideally like a neutral stone top to compliment the tiling, and an above bench basin that I can source and provide. Installation will be done by builder, so just need cabinet. Cabinet will need to be 1250L x 650D (to be able to fit a 575 deep washer/dryer)

Ordered a blank internal door form bunnings and will be delivered apparently on Sunday. Also got handle assembly and hinge screws. Hinges are still attached to door frame. The right person for the job will need tools to install handle assembly, possibly plane width of door in places im not sure. But heigjt should be fine. Also attach door to hinges correctly.

I’m looking for a reliable handyman to repair two retractable fly screens: 1. Fly Screen 1: • Torn at the bottom. • Doesn’t completely close, likely requiring re-tensioning or adjustment. 2. Fly Screen 2: • Jammed and only opens a couple of centimeters. • May need realignment or a fix to the mechanism. Both screens are located at my residence in Cronulla. You will need to have experience with fly screens and bring any necessary tools. Flexible with timing but would like it fixed soon. Thank you!

So there are two mirror that I put up on wall about 2.1x1.4 (x2) and when I take them down the wall is going to be ruined as l used liquid nails so either replace the gyprock behind it and and set and sand plus paint Wall is 7mx2.7

All signs on poles must be fixed at a height people aren't going to rip down (maybe a few steps up the ladder). I will supply the screws & cable ties. To be randomly installed anywhere around the Shire in visible places on roads with good traffic flow and back streets but not blocking or interfering with traffic signs or street signs.
