Metal door hinge is broken and need new installed

I have a dead ceiling fan, not sure it is a faulty switch or faulty fan. I am looking for a replacement fan to be installed. I have not purchased a fan yet. Second job is to fit a replacement exhaust fan in the bathroom. I have purchased a fan heater but need it installed.

The wooden structure holding the metal sheet roof over garage has rotten. The rotten wood needs to be replaced. I am also considering to take off the roof entirely if the repair costs are high

I need my bathroom wall tiles to be replaced. Job includes: Removing old mirror and towel rails Replacing current wall tiles with 150x600 rectified edge tile Installing new mirror, towel rail and 3 robe hooks. I will supply all of these. Total area to be retiled is 7.4m². One horizontal skirting tile then up to 3 high in a vertical stack. See photos for more info. I will purchase tiles, towel rail, mirror and robe hooks. You will need to supply grout and silicone or I can get once type confirmed. Negotiable on total cost.

I need help with wrapping my old 80s vanity in a new vinyl wrap. The doors and frame will need to be done, not the benchtop. I don't have any wrap yet and would like some assistance finding a suitable one. Total cost negotiable.

Need 3 DC ceiling fans installed into 3 bedrooms and they will replace the existing lights in those rooms. Please bring all necessary equipment. There is one flight of stairs as its on the top floor of a townhouse.

Replace 3 existing ceiling fans with 3 new ones,(in bedroom, family room & kitchen) which we have purchased. Plus another new ceiling fan in lounge to replace a light fitting in lounge room. Also need 5 smoke alarms to be provided and installed (Clipsal). Provide & install 1 Dimmer switch to replace old one in bedroom. Maybe one outside spotlight as well, as the spotlight casing has broken near the laundry door.

About 1 metre section of my eaves came down from possums trying to get in the roof. We have reattached the eave roughly but would like it repaired correctly. Tight spot between 2 roofs.
