Sliding door is catching on door frame, rubbing and scratching off paint. Task is to remove pelmet, remove door, sand/paint door, adjust hanging mechanism if necessary, rehang door and refit pelmet (and touch up if required). Courtyard space on ground floor available for painting if required.

When a curtain installer was installing our curtains, he incorrectly drilled some holes into the wall (gyprox). The holes are located on top of the window around 3.5m high. We need a skilled labourer to patch up these holes and paint over it. I have some white paints from the home builder last time.
