After someone who can please use a power drill to install an indoor roller blind into our kitchen. It will need to be drilled into masonry!

Install metal apron flashing (colour = Colorbond Night Sky. ie. black) where veranda corrugated roof sheeting abuts main roof gutter. Approx total length 6m (2.1m east/west, 3.8m north/south, confirm on site).

Currently building a two storey house. Brickwork is getting done now. As suspected, the next door neighbour’s carport verandah gutter overhangs the boundary too much and is obstructing the bricks on the boundary garage wall. We will remove the existing gutter. A slimmer gutter will need to be properly installed.

Remove existing tiles carefully , fill in hole underneath with concrete bags supplied , relay existing tiles and grout . I have some spare tiles around 4 .
