I've been away from my little cottage in Devonport for a while. It's been well looked after but the garden will need a hack (and then a tip run?) and the cupboard in the old chimney breast will need painting...and perhaps I'll want a shelf put up. Can find jobs depending on your strengths. General handy work ideally starting on Monday 14 October. Must finish by 23 October. Not sure what to put for the budget?? Side gate, especially near bolt has rotted – recommend new gate Also I think the main gate will possibly still need some more attention, aside from pouring new concrete unsure if there’s much more terry can do with the existing posts. Pick up materials (from Bunnings) and install an Internal door. Bunnings is 3 minutes away from our location but we do not have vehicles to bring it back.

I can buy dressed pine planks from Bunnings for shelves and beading to support shelves. Install in existing cupboards that have a top shelf already installed. Don't need the hanging space wa t shelves rather. For 2 cupboards and to hang a battery charge unit for vaccum cleaner in laundry.. Drill a.hole with wall plug etc
