We need a flood light globe changed to complete end of lease requirements. The light is located above the back door. It is about 10-12ft high, so you will definitely need a ladder. You will also need to purchase a flood light, which are around $10-15 (e.g. Osram PAR38, $14 at Bunnings, see attached pic). Please also remove two pieces of rubbish from the back shed, which are an empty whipper snipper box and a push mower catcher (a small metal frame with fabric). See pics with items circled. You can access the backyard through the side gate past the carport, just undo the latch at the bottom of the gate. Only left hand side of shed door will open. ASAP is preferred.
