Hi. The ensuite sliding door doesn’t open fully and 1/3 of the door is not painted. It looks like it gets stuck from the carpet below. Any ideas? Maybe cut the carpet below so it slides fully? Thanks

In recent heavy rains we have had issues with a window leaking from various points in the top of the frame - seems to specifically be getting through between frame and windowsill. Suspected roof leak is causing the issue as there doesn't appear to our untrained eyes that the water could be getting in from the outside of the window frame. Given there is more heavy rain predicted we're hoping to at least get a temporary solution to stop water pouring through the centre of the frame in really heavy downpours.
