Leak in roof caused mould to develop on a spot on the ceiling. Leak is fixed. Requires removal of damaged patch and repair of damaged plaster on the ceiling. Additionally, there are a couple small holes that need filling (screw holes from old light fittings)

Hi! I have a few holes in a few of my eave boards. I have removed one board, and another needs replacing that is still in place. There are two more I don’t mind being cut to repair the hole. Must nail in place and join to existing. We have a brick fireplace with a large opening. We would like a solid door made that allows us to close shut without worry kids can access and also go to bed without fear it might spit something out. The aim is the the door the be on a hinge to open and close. The door is mostly fire resistant glass (for max view of fire) while having an iron frame (similar to a standard box fireplace door). It would also need a vent adjuster to allow more or less in. Opening is 85cm wide x 56cm high (top is slightly curved. Just needs to be door and frame only as inside has tile and brick. Cost to include install also.

I've got rid of the old door handles from 7 interior doors, had the doors painted, and have purchased 7 new door handle sets that I now want installed. There are 3 privacy sets and 4 passage sets. - You might need to muck around with the existing latchplate recesses to retrofit the new latches as they don't look like the same size to me. Bit of chiseling, etc. - The 3 privacy sets are replacing passage sets so may need privacy pin holes drilled. - The new door handles have a smaller diameter than the existing spindle holes so you will need to screw some adaptor plates on to the new door handles. (That bit looks easy and I've already got the plates.)
