Dig the Hole • Use a shovel or post-hole digger to dig a hole 24–30 inches deep and 8–12 inches wide for stability. • Add a few inches of gravel at the bottom for drainage (optional). 3. Insert the Post or Ground Sleeve • If using a ground sleeve (recommended for removability), place it in the hole. • If installing the post directly, position it upright in the hole. 4. Mix and Pour Concrete • Follow the instructions on the quick-set concrete mix. • Slowly pour concrete around the post while keeping it centered. • Check for levelness on all sides. 5. I need this built in desk carefully removed and any holes or damage to be patched up ready for painting. Its 3 meters long consisting of one long top, two end pieces and a support in the middle. There is no painting required. Just preparing the wall after the desk and shelf has been removed. Also the black shelf under the overhead cupboards.
