I have an old garden shed that needs to be pulled down that is on a concrete slab and I have purchased a new Easyshed that is 3.75 m x 3 m with a Gable roof that needs installing. I have the bolts coming too, but tradesmen will need their own tools. Looking for someone with experience putting up garden sheds the shed is due will arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Hi, I need to have three ceiling fans installed into a recently built granny flat. The roof is a flat skillion roof with custom orb roof sheets. I have photos of the wiring before it was sheeted over. No switch drops required as fans are remote. Fans are supplied Thanks, Andrew

Gate is installed on one side. However the wall it needs to attach to has got lots of wires in it. Our stud finder is not sensitive enough to detect all the wires so need someone with proper kit. Two hooks remaining to go into the wall.

Small amount of water damage to wooden step needs repair. Staircase is hardwood with floating oak floorboards installed on top about a year ago. See photo.

See photos of wood rot damage on exterior window sill of the main bedroom, as well as on the interior window sill of the upstairs rumpus room. I can’t afford to replace the entire window frames and windows so am looking for someone who can do what they can to repair this.

These 2 doors were taken off while I had concrete flooring work down in our garage and garage storeroom. I now need the doors reinstalled. Screws and hinges seem to still all be there, but may need to bring own materials in case.

There is a small amount of water coming from somewhere causing damage to a step on our staircase. Never any visible water, or as a result of a sudden rain downpour, instead just this moisture damage slowly appearing over last year. First photo is the water damage to the step. Tasks/items to attach: - 4 curtain rods (2m, 3m, 4m, 4m) to brick WALLS - 2 curtain rods (between 2-3.5m) to CEILINGS (one ceiling height 2.1m and the other 2.4m) - 2 * roller blinds to wood window frame - 2 small ‘hook’ screws into the top of a window frame (brick I believe) Needs a small drill bit to create the hole and then screw in - 3.6m curtain tracks to the underneath of a timber shelf - Attach toilet roll holder in bathroom (gyprock) Please send quotes and your preferred time of day to start the task. Strip 1 door and frame. Prime and repaint silk white. Tasker to provide stripping chemical of their choice, tools, etc. Primer and Silk paints will be provided. Door to be removed and stripped outside. Frame stripped in place. Door to be refitted once complete. This is a trial run for a single door and frame, to try to find the best tasker in the business at this particular job. We have around 28 doors and frames to do. Thanks for your interest.
