Hello, I'm needing a handy man to help with some odd jobs around the house. - fix security door lock (nib for lock keeps falling out) - install new door on bathroom (old door is bi-folding and fallen off hinges, would like a normal door installed) - replace fly screen on back security door and window - fix light fitting in laundry - replace vent for ducted cooling system in living room - instal security system I'll purchase items needed and am seeking a quote for labour only.

1. Fix a couple of loose tiles in bathroom 2. Fix deteriorating grout in bathroom 3. Seal all control joints with polyurethane caulking 4. Replace one concrete roof tile that is cracked through centre. 5. Seal edges of a few roof tiles with cracked edges 6. Paint along top of bathroom and ensuite door
Nathan completed the work as requested, but needed several reminders to ensure all tasks were addressed. I also had to request additional photos multiple times to confirm that all the requested jobs were completed, as I couldn't be there in person. Nathan’s efforts were appreciated, and the job was well done once everything was confirmed.
